Once again, Social Legends is growing with our clients in mind! We are seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as the organization’s Client Experience Manager to provide administrative support to the Owner, team members, and clients of this fast-paced, small-yet-growing company. This position is full time, offered remotely, and requires a uniquely poised self-motivating, high-detail and sharp thinking individual.

The successful applicant must have strong executive administrative skills, work well with senior executives, communicate clearly, be detail oriented, and possess knowledge of basic nonprofit and business principles.


  • Conserves the team’s time and promotes the corporate image by representing the President
    • Expected to provide flawless interaction with clients
  • Accountable for the administrative and clerical duties of Social Legends
    • Answering meeting requests, scheduling appointments, and managing team calendars
    • Composing, typing, and routing routine correspondence
    • Drafting, proofreading, reviewing, revising and managing proposals, presentations and other pertinent business documents based on standard provisions
    • Travel arrangements and all logistics related
    • Coordinating event logistics
    • Taking and finalizing meeting notes
    • Research and data processing
  • Support Quickbooks management and maintenance and associated processes
  • Assists consultants with various special projects and assignments by establishing objectives, managing time, gaining cooperation as needed, monitoring progress, problem-solving and making adjustments
  • Proactively increases knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications, sharing pertinent information with consultants
  • Assists consultants with components of client projects including generating and analyzing reports, summarizing outcomes, and formalizing client materials
  • Supports coordination and implementation of events associated with client contacts. Overnight stays may be required
  • Assist the owner with personal tasks and errands, as needed


  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years’ of experience in admin or executive assistant roles
  • Manages time and self-initiative; able to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
  • Above average attention to detail and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), Survey Monkey, and project management programs. Ability to quickly master new programs essential
  • Prior background with executives and/or consulting is strongly preferred

  • The work environment is fast-paced and deadline-oriented
  • Team members work remotely; communication is often via e-mail and telephone
  • Frequent use of a computer and other office equipment is required
  • This position requires working independently with minimal supervision
  • Some travel within Indiana may be required
